Svitolina advances to Dubai Duty Free Championships final

Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina has conquered top seed German player Angelique Kerber in the semi-finals at the Dubai Duty Free Championships in Dubai (UAE) and advanced to the final of the tournament.

Ukrainian tennis player gained a 6-3, 7-6(3) victory, Ukrinform reports.

The seventh seed from Ukraine will now meet tenth seed and another former world number one Caroline Wozniacki, who defeated Anastasia Sevastova from Latvia 6-3, 6-4, in the final on Saturday evening.
