Svoboda plans to return president's residence in Mezhyhirya to state ownership}

KYIV, February 22 /Ukrinform/. The Svoboda faction is preparing for registration in the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the transfer of the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych's residence in Mezhyhirya to state ownership.  

KYIV, February 22 /Ukrinform/. The Svoboda faction is preparing for registration in the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the transfer of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych's residence in Mezhyhirya to state ownership.

Svoboda faction deputy Andriy Illienko said this from the parliament's rostrum on Saturday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"It has just been reported that Mezhyhirya is now open to visitors, and people are let in – Yanukovych is already not there. The Svoboda faction is currently registering in parliament a draft resolution on the transfer of Mezhyhirya to state ownership," Illienko said.

He added that an orphanage could be opened in Mezhyhirya.
