Czech Republic transfers generators to Sumy
The Czech Republic has provided Sumy with generators that will ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure in the city.
This was announced on Telegram by Artem Kobzar, acting mayor of Sumy, according to Ukrinform.
“Thanks to the assistance of the Ukrainian Embassy in the Czech Republic and the NGO Post Bellum-Ukraine, our city has received generators that will ensure the uninterrupted operation of utilities and critical infrastructure facilities. In the current circumstances, this is extremely important assistance for the community's livelihoods,” Kobzar said.
He also thanked the NGO “SBB-TIL,” thanks to which this aid was delivered to Sumy.
"During our cooperation, our city has already received a lot of support from our Czech friends. And each such aid is not only about technology or equipment. It is about solidarity, humanity, and the fact that in difficult times we are not left alone with challenges. The Sumy community is sincerely grateful for your support, trust, and friendly shoulder," he added.
As previously reported, 20 autonomous power sources from Hamburg arrived in Kyiv.
