Six beaches officially open for swimming in Odesa region

The first six beaches are officially open for swimming in Odesa region.

Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“We signed a joint order with the Commander of Odesa operational strategic group of troops, Eduard Moskaliov, on the public access to the sea," Kiper wrote.

According to him, the beaches "Kaleton", "Ikra", "Chaika", an inclusive beach and two municipal beaches (the district of Fontan 14 and Fontan 10) are now open to the public.

Kiper added that the list will be updated over time as inspections are carried out. The beaches will be open from 08:00 to 20:00.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Odesa region authorities announced that three safe beaches would be reopen to the public in the region.
