$1M for mobile intensive care units: Uber becomes new partner of United24 platform

Uber has become a new partner of the United24 platform and will help raise $1 million for mobile intensive care units for Ukrainian doctors.

"United24 continues to expand and attract powerful global brands to cooperation. Uber is our new partner. The company will use its resources to help raise a million dollars for mobile intensive care units for Ukrainian doctors and then double this sum," Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov posted on Telegram.

Uber will promote the Keep Ukraine Moving fundraising campaign on its app in the US, Canada, and Europe, telling the stories of brave Ukrainian drivers who help the country during the war.

"For seven months, UNITED24 has united millions of donors from 110 countries and hundreds of international companies around the support for Ukraine. Thanks to the platform, 90 ambulances have already been purchased. But many more vehicles are needed to save lives," the minister stressed.

As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the launch of the United24 global initiative on May 5. Its first component is an online platform for raising funds to support Ukraine.
