Kyiv records 1,743 new COVID-19 cases

Kyiv city recorded 1,743 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on November 23.

“As many as 1,743 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the capital over the past day, 35 people have died. Overall, 7,284 lethal cases from the virus have been recorded since the start of the pandemic. A total number of confirmed cases has reached 291,437,” reads a report on the website of the Kyiv City State Administration.

On November 23, 126 patients with coronavirus, 196 patients with suspected COVID-19 and pneumonia were hospitalized in Kyiv.

At the same time, 1,504 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 248,928 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.

As Ukrinform reported, on November 23, Ukraine recorded 14,325 new COVID-19 cases (including 1,183 cases among children and 287 cases among healthcare workers).
