Thirty-seven Ukrainian-language audio guides launched in museums around the globe

Since 2017, 37 Ukrainian-language audio guides were launched in museums around the world. Ten projects were implemented over the past six months.

“Since 2017, a total of 37 Ukrainian-language audio guides were launched, 26 of them were launched over the past year and a half under the auspices of First Lady Olena Zelenska,” First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Emine Dzheppar said at the “Ukraine 30. Image of Ukraine” forum on August 3, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

Over the past six months alone, ten audio guides were launched in nine countries, enabling Ukrainian tourists to perceive content in their native language while visiting foreign museums.

On July 1, the Ukrainian-language audio guide was launched at the Savitsky Art Museum in Nukus, Uzbekistan.

On July 6, Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania Volodymyr Yatsenkivsky and Director of the National Museum – Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania Dr. Vydas Dolinskas signed a memorandum on the launch of Ukrainian-language audio guides on the museum’s route.
