Ukrainian tourists able to travel to 14 more EU countries

Ukrainian tourists have the opportunity to travel to 14 more EU countries in accordance with the recommendation of the Council of the European Union.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announced this on its Facebook page.

"The Council of the EU has recently included Ukraine in the recommended list of third countries for which coronavirus-related travel restrictions on non-essential travel into the EU should be lifted. According to the recommendation of the Council of the EU, one by one European countries began to open up to all types of travel of Ukrainians. In less than two weeks, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, and Portugal have been added to the list,” the report reads.

Most countries require a full vaccination certificate or a negative COVID test result.

Most countries were reportedly closed to travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
