Liashko: 2.6M doses of COVID-19 vaccines available in Ukraine

Minister of Health Viktor Liashko has said that 2.6 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines are currently available in Ukraine.

“Currently, there are 2.628 million doses of [COVID-19] vaccines in Ukraine. We are increasing the immunoprophylaxis campaign," Liashko said at a press conference as part of the All-Ukrainian Forum “Ukraine 30. Healthy Ukraine,” an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

He reminded that to enter Ukraine, foreigners must submit either a negative COVID-19 PCR test, or a negative rapid antigen test for COVID-19, or a document confirming the receipt of a full course of vaccination against COVID-19.

As of June 22, 2,095,458 shots were given to people in Ukraine since the beginning of the vaccination campaign. In particular, 1,732,611 people received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, 362,847 people completed the vaccination (received two doses).
