‘Tourism’ declaration with Turkey to increase number of flights – Shmyhal

The declaration on cooperation in tourism between Ukraine and Turkey will help simplify border crossing rules for citizens and increase the number of flights between the two countries.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“This agreement, in particular, makes it possible to simplify border crossing rules for citizens of both states, exchange vaccination systems, increase the number of flights between the countries, expand the availability of audio guides in Ukrainian and Turkish, as well as develop cooperation to attract investment in tourism and resorts,” the head of government said.

As Ukrinform reported, Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko paid a working visit to Turkey on April 27. Following the meeting with Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, the parties signed a joint declaration on strengthening cooperation in the field of tourism between the two countries.
