Cyprus to reopen borders for Ukrainian tourists from April 1

Cyprus will reopen its borders to all travelers from Ukraine starting from April 1, 2021, Cyprus Tourism Office Ukraine has reported.

“Cyprus opens its borders to all visitors from Ukraine, taking all the necessary measures so that travelers can enjoy their vacation in safety and carefree,” the report reads.

At the same time, it is noted that all tourists who test negative for COVID-19 will be guaranteed a stay without quarantine.

In addition, children under 12 are exempt from testing, and children aged 12-18 years will be tested in accordance with the current protocol.

As Ukrinform reported, on February 17, the Cypriot authorities announced that the country planned to reopen its airports to visitors from all countries from March 1.

However, on March 1, Cyprus did not open its borders to Ukrainians.
