Eleven Ukrainian-language audio guides launched abroad this year

This year, Ukrainian-language audio guides have appeared in nine world attractions and on two bus routes abroad.

Six more audio guides are planned to be launched next year, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska posted on Facebook.

"This year, we have managed to launch nine audio guides in world-famous attractions and on two bus routes in Lithuania. I will tell about them in more detail soon. A total of eleven Ukrainian-language audio guides have been launched this year! I am very grateful to Ukrainian embassies and representatives of cultural institutions for fruitful cooperation," Zelenska noted.

In particular, Ukrainian-language audio guides were launched in the Albertina Museum (Vienna, Austria), the Art History Museum (Vienna, Austria), the National Carpet Museum (Baku, Azerbaijan), the National Museum of Art (Riga, Latvia), the Maritime Museum (Kotor, Montenegro), the Colosseum and the Roman Forum (Rome, Italy), the Ephesus Open-Air Museum (Turkey), the Göreme National Park (Cappadocia, Turkey), the Dolmabahçe Palace (Istanbul, Turkey).

The First Lady also noted that Ukrainian-language audio guides are now available on the bus routes Vilnius – Trakai and the Trakai Island Castle in Lithuania.

Olena Zelenska also announced that next year Ukrainian-language audio guides will be launched in the Tower of London, the Palace of Versailles, the National Museum of Natural History in Berlin, the Vatican Museum, the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial, and the Savitsky State Museum of Art in Uzbekistan.
