Highest incidence of coronavirus cases recorded in Kyiv and three regions

The highest incidence rate of COVID-19 in Ukraine was recorded in Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy regions and the city of Kyiv, according to data provided by the Health Ministry on December 10.

In particular, the incidence rate of COVID-19 during the past 14 days in Sumy region was 841.9 per 100,000 people, Zaporizhzhia region – 746.0, and Cherkasy region – 739.9.

The incidence rate of COVID-19 in the city of Kyiv is 756.1 per 100,000 people. An average incidence rate across Ukraine is 476.6 per 100,000 people.

The lowest incidence rate of COVID-19 during the past 14 days was recorded in Vinnytsia region (184.2 per 100,000 people), Kirovohrad region (219.6) and Luhansk region (224.7).

As reported by Ukrinform, a total of 858,714 COVID-19 cases were laboratory confirmed in Ukraine on December 10, including 13,371 new cases reported in the past 24 hours.
