None of Ukraine’s regions ready to ease quarantine measures – Health Ministry

The city of Kyiv and all regions in Ukraine are not ready to ease quarantine measures introduced to prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to data provided by the Health Ministry on October 28.

The highest incidence rate of COVID-19 during the past 14 days has been recorded in Chernivtsi region (309.1 per 100,000 population), Khmelnytskyi region (378.7), and Zhytomyr region (356.7).

The lowest incidence rate of COVID-19 in the last 14 days has been reported in Kirovohrad region (87.9), Vinnytsia region (120.3), and Kherson region (131.1).

The incidence rate of COVID-19 in the city of Kyiv is 234.0 per 100,000 population. An average incidence rate across Ukraine is 234.0 per 100,000 population.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine confirmed a total of 363,075 coronavirus cases on October 28, including 7,474 new cases that were reported over the course of the past day.
