Not a single region of Ukraine ready to ease quarantine measures – Health Ministry

The city of Kyiv and all regions of Ukraine are not ready to ease quarantine measures introduced to prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to data provided by the Health Ministry on October 27.

The highest incidence rate of COVID-19 in the past 14 days was recorded in Chernivtsi region (385.4 per 100,000 population), Khmelnytsky region (369), and Zhytomyr region (350.4).

The lowest incidence rate of COVID-19 in the last 14 days was registered in Kirovohrad region (86.4), Vinnytsia region (115.6), and Kherson region (128.9).

The incidence rate of COVID-19 in Kyiv is 229.2 per 100,000 population, and in Ukraine as a whole - 223.2 per 100,000 population.

As of October 27, Ukraine registered 6,677 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 355,601.
