Dozens of Belarusian IT companies move to Ukraine within IT Relocate Belarus project

Dozens of Belarusian IT companies already work in Ukraine within the framework of the IT Relocate Belarus project which helps foreign IT specialists to move to Ukraine.

According to Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Oleksandr Borniakov, the IT Relocate Belarus project was created for those who want to move alone or move their team from Belarus to Ukraine. The Ministry is ready to support such people.

“Ukraine is rapidly digitalizing, becoming a global IT hub and creating comfortable conditions for the development of the IT industry. Ukraine is ready to provide Belarusian specialists with opportunities to work under a simplified registration system,” Borniakov said.

PandaDoc Belarusian IT company is already opening its office in Kyiv, the deputy minister noted. According to AIN.UA sources, Wargaming has brought to Ukraine hundreds of its employees.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation reminds that the IT Relocate Belarus project offers 90 days of continuous stay in 180-day period without a visa, an average salary of $2,000, 4G in all major cities, more than 5,600 service and technology companies, affordable housing and office rent.

The IT Relocate Belarus project is implemented by a team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation with the support of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
