Some 584 houses damaged by invaders already restored in Donetsk region this year

In Donetsk region, 584 houses damaged as a result of the hostilities of the Russian invaders have already been restored this year.

Deputy Head of Donetsk Regional State Administration Vadym Filashkin said this when rewarding the employees of the State Emergency Service who were involved in the restoration of residential houses in the village of Hranitne and along the contact line, according to the website of the regional state administration.

“To date, 584 houses have already been restored at the expense of the reserve fund of Donetsk Regional State Administration,” Filashkin said.

He awarded the employees of the State Emergency Service with letters of commendation and gratitude from Donetsk RSA.

As Ukrinform reported, 200 employees of the State Emergency Service from other regions of Ukraine were involved in carrying out repair work in Donetsk region and restoring buildings damaged as a result of hostilities.

By November 1, 1,000 houses are expected to be restored. Restoration work worth UAH 30.8 million was funded by the Donetsk regional budget. The money was used to purchase building materials that were transferred to the units of the State Emergency Service.
