Red Cross delivers 53 tonnes of construction materials to occupied Donbas

Three trucks carrying humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross for residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine have passed through the contact line in Donbas, Ukraine's State Border Guard Service has reported.

"Yesterday, on June 3, border guards of the Donetsk detachment registered and allowed three trucks with humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross to cross the contact line. Humanitarian cargo was sent to civilians living in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and directly affected by Russian aggression," the report reads.

The trucks with construction materials weighing more than 53 tonnes passed through the Novotroitske checkpoint.
