Ukraine starts clinical trials of drug that helps fight COVID-19

Ukraine launches clinical trials of a domestic drug, which, according to the preliminary findings of Ukrainian scientists and manufacturers, can significantly reduce or completely neutralize the risk of death from complications caused by the coronavirus disease.

In addition, the possibility of comprehensive use of this drug for the treatment of coronavirus and for the prevention of the disease is being studied.

"I believe in Ukrainian scientists, and today we keep our fingers crossed for them all over the country," the president said.

More details will be provided later.
