USAID to help create IT school UNIT Factory in Luhansk region

At a meeting with the head of USAID's Economic Support for Eastern Ukraine project in Luhansk region, Brian Milakovsky, several proposals for further cooperation were discussed.

Chairman of Luhansk Regional State Administration Vitaliy Komarnytsky informed this in his post on Facebook.

“We discussed the creation of the IT school UNIT Factory in Luhansk region. The work is underway regarding the development of the IT sector in the region, including investments in education and innovation,” he wrote.

In September, Luhansk region will receive financial assistance to ensure the educational process. Thus, this is another step towards maintaining the labor potential in the region, since in the future it will have a significant impact on the agriculture sector and its effective functioning in Luhansk region.

The sides also discussed the work of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship School (SME School), founded by K.Fund. The project aims to promote entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
