High Qualification Commission of Judges recommends High Council to dismiss 23 judges

The High Qualification Commission of Judges has recommended that the High Council of Justice dismiss 23 judges from office because of their refusal to undergo qualification assessment to confirm compliance with position.

This is stated in a report released by the High Qualification Commission of Judges.

“The commission recommends that the High Council of Justice dismiss 23 judges,” reads the report (the list of judges has been published on the commission’s website).
