EUAM praises work of Ukrainian police during presidential elections

The European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) has highly praised the work of the Ukrainian police during the presidential elections.

Head of EUAM Kęstutis Lančinskas stated this in Kyiv during the VI meeting dedicated the parliamentary and public reform, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"I have positive comments [on the work of the Ukrainian police during the presidential elections]. They acted in accordance with the law, very professional," said Lančinskas.

As reported, almost 135,000 law enforcers were on duty to keep public order and security during the Ukrainian presidential elections on March 31 and April 21.
