Justice Ministry, IDLO sign joint action plan

The Justice Ministry of Ukraine and the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) signed a joint action plan to improve the implementation of court decisions in Ukraine.

According to the press service of the Justice Ministry, the action plan was signed by Deputy Justice Minister for Executive Service Svitlana Hlushchenko and IDLO's Country Director for Ukraine Levan Duchidze.

“I hope that the coordinated and signed action plan will bring both progressive qualitative and quantitative indicators, which will improve the general trend towards enhancing the enforcement of court decisions in Ukraine,” Hlushchenko said.

The document concerns the implementation of the international technical assistance project “Development of the Сapacity of the Enforcement Service of Ukraine - Enhanced Enforcement of Court Decisions (Stage 2)”, the main purpose of which is to provide technical and expert assistance by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to increase the efficiency of enforcement of court decisions in Ukraine.
