Ukraine to change clocks for winter time on October 28

In the early hours of Sunday, October 28, Ukraine switches to winter daylight saving time. The clocks should be set one hour back.

Changing clocks for summer and winter daylight saving time is regulated by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 1996.

According to the document, the clocks in Ukraine are set one hour forward on the last Sunday of March at 3 o'clock and one hour back on the last Sunday of October at 4 o'clock.

The European Commission proposes abandoning the practice of changing clocks for summer and winter daylight saving time in the EU member states from 2019.
