Oman simplifies visa requirements for Ukrainian tourists

Ukrainians tourists planning to visit Oman can obtain an electronic visa according to a simplified procedure.

The service can be accessed on the website of the Royal Oman Police, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported.

"To get a visa, it is necessary to fill out an application form, download a photo and a copy of a foreign passport, and pay visa related fees with a bank card. When entering the territory of Oman, it is also necessary to have hotel reservation and a return ticket," the ministry said.

The report notes that the Foreign Ministry continues to take measures in the context of liberalizing the travel of citizens to foreign countries, and the results of further steps will be brought to the attention of the public.
