Red Cross sends 220 tons of humanitarian aid to occupied Donetsk region

The International Committee of the Red Cross has sent more than 220 tons of humanitarian aid to the occupied areas of Donetsk region.

This was reported on the website of the Ukrainian State Border Service.

"Over the past day, 11 trucks carrying over 220 tons of food, healthcare products and construction goods from the mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross crossed the Novotroitske checkpoint in the direction of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine," the State Border Service said in a statement released on Thursday.
