UWC President Eugene Czolij to visit five countries to promote Ukrainian interests

Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) President Eugene Czolij will travel to Austria, Slovakia, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates and Serbia to promote Ukrainian interests during events in the OSCE, the European Parliament and the UN.

This has been reported by the press service of the Ukrainian World Congress.

"From February 22 till March 7, 2018 Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) President Eugene Czolij will travel to Austria, Slovakia, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates and Serbia where he will further Ukrainian interests during events of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), European Parliament and United Nations (UN), meetings with high-ranking officials of international organizations and states, and Ukrainian communities within the UWC network," the report reads.

The UWC president will participate in a side event during the winter session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (Vienna, Austria), initiatives of the European Parliament (Brussels, Belgium) and an event of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), where he will deliver thematic addresses and discuss current Ukrainian issues with high-level officials of international organizations.

In addition, Ukrainian issues will also be the focus of official meetings of the UWC president with state government officials, as well as the Ukrainian communities and their leaderships in Austria, Slovakia, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates and Serbia.
