Dubno town in Rivne region wins grant worth UAH 2.2 mln from Japan for medical equipment

The town of Dubno, which took part in the Kusanone Grant Assistance Program held by the Japanese Embassy to Ukraine, has won a grant worth UAH 2.2 million for the purchase of medical equipment.

This has been reported by local media.

"A primary health care centre and a maternity hospital took part in a joint project of cooperation with Japan and won medical equipments. Japan allocates UAH 2.2 million and we give about UAH 400 thousand," Dubno Mayor Vasyl Antoniuk said.

According to him, the equipment should be installed within three months. The ambassador of Japan to Ukraine promises to come to the presentation.
