Paris Hilton announces engagement to actor of Ukrainian descent

American photo model, actress, singer, IT girl and hotel heiress Paris Hilton has announced her engagement to actor Chris Zylka, who is part of Ukrainian descent.

“I said Yas! So happy & excited to be engaged to the love of my life. My best friend & soulmate. Perfect for me in every way. So dedicated, loyal, loving & kindhearted. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world! You are my dream come true! Thank you for showing me that fairytales do exist,” Paris posted on Instagram.

The couple got engaged in Aspen, Colorado.

Christopher Michael Settlemire, known professionally as Chris Zylka, is an American actor and model. He was raised in Ohio, but his descendants are Ukrainians. He took his mother's maiden name as a stage name.
