Klitschko gives passports to young residents of Kyiv

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has handed over Ukrainian identity cards to 16-year-old residents of Kyiv during a flag-raising ceremony outside the building of Kyiv City State Administration, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

ID cards were given to 24 young people who achieved significant success in studying and won various educational competitions and sports contests.

"We want to wish you the most important thing - to dream. It's very important. Dream and do everything to make your dreams come true," Klitschko said.

Together with the mayor, the passports were also passed to 16-year-old Kyiv residents by Ihor Mario, chairman of the Kyiv City Association of ATO Veterans, and Yevhen Turchak, an ATO veteran, defender of the Donetsk airport and cavalier of the Order For Courage, 3rd degree.
