Ten Ukrainian universities and one NGO to get EUR 400,000 under EU’s programme Erasmus +

The projects of 10 Ukrainian universities and one non-governmental organization will receive EUR 400 thousand under the European Union’s Programme Erasmus +, the Ukrainian Education and Science Ministry reports. 

"Some 12 projects-winners of the competition under Jean Monnet Programme of the EU’s Erasmus + will be implemented at 10 Ukrainian universities and one non-governmental organization. The total cost of projects, implemented at Ukrainian establishments, is EUR 400,000. The universities for these funds will develop eight Jean Monet modules,” the ministry said.

In particular, the modules of financial, economic, legal and social issues will be implemented at: Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University; Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University; National University "Ostroh Academy”; National Pedagogical University named after Mykhaylo Drahomanov, Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University, National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya National University (ZNU).

In addition, three Jean Monnet departments on policy, security, culture and law have been created at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the National University of Food Technologies.
