Ukrainian students among best graduates of Australian institute

Ukrainians are among best graduates of the Australian King's Own Institute, which prepares business and finance specialists.

"We are glad that our students are among the best graduates in Australia. We rejoice when the Ukrainian youth, who study here, are part of the Ukrainian community. However, we always encourage them to return home. I wish our young people used the knowledge gained abroad to develop Ukraine," said Halyna Yusypiuk, first secretary for political affairs at the Ukrainian Embassy in Australia, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The graduation ceremony was attended by Ukrainian students, representatives of the Australian government as well as representatives of embassies of different countries.

Twelve Ukrainians now study in the King's Own Institute. The institute has partnership links with the educational establishments in Ukraine and serves as a bridge for educational and scientific cooperation between the countries. Some graduates successfully work in Australia and are active members of local Ukrainian community.
