New members of 2017 Eurovision organizing team were found in three days – Hrytsak

Deputy head of the National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine Pavlo Hrytsak has stated it took three days to replace members of 2017 Eurovision organizing team, who have recently quitted.

He stated this at the briefing on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Recently, some members of the organizing team had left the project. We have already found the candidates for all vacant positions. It took us about 72 hours," Hrytsak said.

He added that the National Public Television and Radio Company expected the quick approval of the candidates by the European Broadcasting Union.

As reported, February 13, executive producers of Eurovision 2017 Viktoria Romanova, Oleksandr Kharebin and some members of the team officially announced they leave the project and stop organizing the competition.
