Schools in Ternopil region to get 737 new computers

School in Ternopil region will receive 737 new computers by the begging of a new school year, according to the head of Ternopil regional education department, Olha Khoma.

“Schools of the region will get 737 computers under the Education and Science Ministry’s program. All the computers are new and will be used purely for children education,” she told an Ukrinform correspondent.

According to Olha Khoma, the distribution of computers among Ukrainian schools was carried out in line with the number of children living in a particular area.

As earlier reported, the Government allocated UAH 200 million from the national budget to purchase new computers for Ukrainian schools.
