Zelensky meets with King Charles III

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with Charles III, the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The head of state announced the meeting on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"As always, a good audience with His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland," Zelensky said.

The President thanked His Majesty, the British people, and the entire United Kingdom for their unwavering support of Ukrainians.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Zelensky informed Keir Starmer about Ukraine's needs to strengthen its air defense capabilities and protect energy infrastructure ahead of the winter season. The two leaders also coordinated their positions in advance of upcoming international summits and meetings.
