Zelensky thanks Finland for its 33rd defense aid package
Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his gratitude to Finland for the 33rd package of defense aid to Ukraine, worth 128 million euros.
According to Ukrinform, the President posted a message to that effect on the social media platform X.
"Thank you to Finland for the 33rd package of defense aid to Ukraine, worth 128 million euros. Strong and timely support is what strengthens our defense and ultimately forces Russia to realize that it must end its war. I am grateful to President Alexander Stubb, Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, and the people of Finland for their unwavering support," wrote the head of the Ukrainian state.
According to him, everything must be done to ensure that “Moscow finally begins to move toward peace, rather than toward expanding its aggression.”
As reported by Ukrinform, the Finnish government will provide Ukraine with a new package of defense aid worth approximately 128 million euros.
