Zelensky, Starmer, and Rutte discuss joint arms production
President Volodymyr Zelensky, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte discussed joint arms production.
The Ukrainian president announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“In a trilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, we discussed joint weapons production and coordination in this area to strengthen Ukraine and all of Europe,” Zelensky said.
He emphasized that it is important to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense and ensure it has a sufficient number of missiles for air defense systems. In particular, decisions adopted during the “Ramstein” meeting must be implemented as soon as possible, and the PURL program must be supplemented with additional contributions.
As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky is visiting the United Kingdom today. He held a meeting with King Charles III and talks with Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
