Kadyrov only says what Kremlin allows – First Deputy PM of Ichkeria government-in-exile

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is a puppet of Russian President Vladimir Putin and does not speak publicly beyond what the Kremlin permits.

Alim-Pasha Soltykhanov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in exile, said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

“There is no point in discussing Kadyrov’s personal state. He is of absolutely no interest to us. He is simply one of the puppets installed by the Kremlin. If he disappears, someone else will replace him. For now, his name is widely publicized, so most of the attention is focused on him,” Soltykhanov said.

In reality, he added, Kadyrov only says what he is allowed to. “Kadyrov is in a sense a replacement for Vladimir Zhirinovsky. But unlike Zhirinovsky, who at least was educated, this man shows no basic reasoning skills,” the deputy head of the Ichkeria government-in-exile said.

Soltykhanov also noted that members of the Chechen underground operate throughout the republic, providing the government-in-exile with complete information, including from inside Kadyrov’s puppet structures.
