During an official visit to Ukraine, a high-level delegation led by Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, visited a combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Kyiv that has repeatedly come under targeted Russian attacks.

That is according to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

Ukraine's Deputy Energy Minister Valentyna Moskalenko showed Berset the damaged facility and outlined the current needs required to continue restoration and repair work. She thanked Berset for his clear stance on the need to hold the aggressors accountable for crimes committed in Ukraine and to ensure compensation for the damage caused.
