Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, commenting on the previous day of talks, stated that Russia was attempting to drag out negotiations that, in his opinion, could already have reached the final stage.

He said that negotiations between Ukrainian, American, and Russian representatives were held in two tracks – military and military-political issues.

Today, on February 18, the agenda included two sets of issues – the exchange of prisoners of war and the release of civilians.
