Ukrainian, Romanian Presidents discuss strengthening joint energy security

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Romania Nicușor Dan discussed joint energy projects aimed at strengthening energy security.

The Ukrainian President reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform says.

“I discussed joint energy projects with Nicușor Dan that can significantly strengthen the energy security of both Ukraine and Romania. It is crucial to realize all of them. Our teams will continue discussions at the ministerial level,” the statement said.

Zelensky thanked the President and the people of Romania for their support.

As reported by Ukrinform, the European Union is mobilizing an additional €50 million in winter energy assistance for Ukraine.
