Zelensky arrives in Switzerland to participate in Davos forum

The President of Ukraine has arrived in Switzerland to take part in the World Economic Forum and meet with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The President's spokesperson, Sergii Nykyforov, stated this to journalists, Ukrinform's correspondent reports.

"The President of Ukraine has arrived in Switzerland to participate in the World Economic Forum and meet with President Trump," Nykyforov said.

According to him, the meeting with Donald Trump is expected to take place around 14:00 Kyiv time.

The visit program also includes a speech by the President of Ukraine at the forum, as well as participation in the panel session International Advisory Council for Ukraine's Recovery. As part of the event, Volodymyr Zelensky will meet with representatives of energy companies.

As Ukrinform reported, yesterday U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he would meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
