Zelensky: Two issues remain unresolved in peace plan

Two issues remain unresolved in the peace agreement: territories and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.

This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky during a conversation with journalists, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“Two issues remain: the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, how it will operate, and the issue of territories. These are the two issues that remain in the 20-point document. That is why I said that the plan is 90% ready, because there is no agreement on two points,” Zelensky said.

He reminded that everything related to security guarantees is 100% ready, “and that's how it is.”

“And yes, we are still discussing some details regarding the term [of validity] of security guarantees,” the head of state added.

As reported by Ukrinform, US President Donald Trump said that negotiations to end the war in Ukraine are in the final stages, although several difficult issues remain.
