Zelensky updates composition of Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff

President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree appointing Yevhenii Ostrianskyi, First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, to the personal composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff.

As reported by Ukrinform, Decree No. 987/2025, dated December 25, has been published on the President's website.

“Yevhenii Ostrianskyi, First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, is hereby appointed to the personal composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff,” the decree reads.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, by Decree No. 876/2025 dated December 3, the President appointed Yevhenii Ostrianskyi as Head of the Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation and Export Control.

Ostrianskyi is also a member of the Ukrainian delegation participating in the negotiation process with the United States and other international partners, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation, aimed at achieving a just and sustainable peace.
