Zelensky to visit the Netherlands

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will arrive in the Netherlands on Tuesday for an official visit, during which he will address both chambers of parliament, hold talks with Prime Minister Dick Schoof, and meet with King Willem-Alexander.

According to Ukrinform, Dutch News reported this, citing the Netherlands Government Information Service (RVD).

According to the service, Zelensky is scheduled to speak in The Hague before members of the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Dutch Parliament, after which he will meet with Schoof.

The President is expected to have lunch with the Dutch head of government, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Asylum and Migration David van Weel, and Minister of Defence Ruben Brekelmans at Catshuis, the official residence of the Prime Minister.

In the afternoon, Zelensky will be received by King Willem-Alexander at Huis ten Bosch Palace in The Hague.

This will mark Zelensky’s fourth address to the lower chamber of parliament, the report notes.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, talks concluded in Berlin on December 15 between President Zelensky and a U.S. delegation led by U.S. Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
