Zelensky appoints new ambassador to Serbia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleksandr Lytvynenko as Ukraine's ambassador to Serbia.

According to Ukrinform, this is stated in Decree No. 866/2025, published on the president's website.

A previous decree, No. 865/2025, relieved Volodymyr Tolkach of his duties as Ukraine's ambassador to Serbia.
