Slovenian foreign minister honors fallen soldiers in Lviv

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia Tanja Fajon, who is on a working visit to the Lviv region, paid tribute to Ukrainian and Slovenian soldiers.

According to Ukrinform, the Lviv Regional Council reported that during her visit, Fajon, accompanied by representatives of the charity organization Global Military Warehouse and regional officials, visited the Lychakiv Cemetery.

There, she laid flowers at the grave of paramedic and journalist Iryna Tsybukh, who was killed in the Russian-Ukrainian war, as well as at the monument to Slovenian soldiers who died during World War I.

The ceremony was attended by Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, and Andriy Moskalenko, deputy mayor of Lviv.

Fajon's visit to the Lviv region is part of a broader trip across Ukrainian regions, during which the Slovenian delegation is assessing the humanitarian situation and Ukraine's wartime needs.
