Ukraine's experience in countering hybrid threats valuable for EU – Austrian chancellor

Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker has said he is convinced that Ukraine's experience in countering hybrid threats could be valuable for strengthening Europe's security.

He told this to journalists on the sidelines of the European Political Community summit in Copenhagen, Ukrinform reports.

Stocker noted that after more than three-and-a-half years of Russia's war of aggression, Ukraine had gained extensive experience in resisting external aggression – not only hybrid threats but also disinformation and destabilization campaigns. According to him, this experience will allow Ukraine to make a significant contribution to European security.

Stocker stressed that the specific details of cooperation still required discussion and were not being addressed publicly. He also pointed out that situations and threats were not always the same, but underlined that Ukraine's experience remained highly valuable for Europe.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Ukrainian military personnel earlier arrived in Denmark to support partners following the appearance of unidentified drones over the country.
