Zelensky arrives at European Community summit in Copenhagen

President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the seventh summit of the European Political Community, which will take place today in Copenhagen.

The arrival was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Office of the President. Ukrinform rebroadcasted it on its YouTube channel.

According to the summit organizers, the Ukrainian president is expected to speak at the summit's plenary session and hold a series of bilateral meetings.

In particular, meetings are planned between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, German Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

As reported by Ukrinform, on Wednesday, October 1, Copenhagen is hosting an informal summit of EU heads of state and government, with two main issues on the agenda: strengthening Europe's common defense and supporting Ukraine.
