Yermak discusses preparations for top-level meetings with Trump's special envoy
The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, met with the Special Envoy at Large of the US President Richard Grenell in Munich.
This is reported by the Presidential Office, Ukrinform reports.
“Andriy Yermak thanked the United States for its unwavering support of Ukraine in its fight for freedom and territorial integrity.,” the statement said.
The parties discussed pressing international security issues and explored ways to strengthen the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States. Special attention was given to preparations for upcoming high-level meetings.
The Head of the Office of the President emphasized the importance of dialogue to ensure the future coordination of security and economic support for Ukraine and discussion of joint steps towards achieving a just peace. Support for Ukraine is an investment in global stability and security.
As Ukrinform reported, in Munich, Andriy Yermak met with NATO Secretary General in 2009-2014 Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
